My Grandad John Duffy was the captain of the Y.M.C.A in c1952 ( He is the player with ball under his feet ) It was a cup final & my grandad scored all 5 goals in a 5-0 win against Rob Roy, I have most of the players names somewhere, my grandad can’t remember some of them though, he was also a miner and something of a local boxer, he is well known in the area.
