Blantyre Police StationPolice Station. In 1915 there were seven Police officers living in the Police Station, 1 Inspector, 2 Sergeants and 4 Constables. The Inspector paid an annual rent of £20 and the Sergeants and Constables paid £15.00 per annum. The School Janitor across the road at 4 Calder Street paid £18.
